6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Product must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required
- Unboxing video is mandatory for return/exchange claims
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Exchange Policy

4. Return Shipping Charges

- A flat Rs. 200 return shipping fee may apply.

We are not responsible for parcels lost during return shipping.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item:

- You will receive approval/rejection notification
If approved:
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refund will be issued through:

- EasyPaisa
- JazzCash
- Original Payment Method (if applicable)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
